My Mission

To inspire like-minded women to become the best version of ourselves. We fix each other’s crown quietly so that; our light shines by helping others shine their light brighter. We encourage, share knowledge, offer support, and have fun building lifelong friendships not just in our communities, but also around the world.

Tammy Hutchison

Tammy remembers having playdates with her childhood girlfriends and they would all be playing with dolls, while Tammy preferred ringing items up on her pretend cash register.  So, it’s no wonder Tammy chose to join a National Retailer as her career choice at a young age. During her retail career she climbed the ladder of success, holding a variety of positions and responsibilities from Store Manager to Regional Acquisition Leader where she led a territory of +50 different store locations and teams. She was then recruited by a leading clothing retailer and at that point relocated from the Chicago, IL to Orlando, Florida. During her tenure she led a team of stores, successfully increasing annual sales and profits year after year. Tammy wore many hats during her 30+ years of leadership, although her favorite role was training and the development of people. She has a natural ability to identify the strengths in others and coached them to reach their full potential. Tammy is a certified professional coach through the Stephen Covey program, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and has won many awards over the years. Once Tammy retired, she decided to start an on-line community where she could utilize her skill set of helping others, while contributing to her mission of women supporting women; founding Fix Her Crown Leadership in 2021.

Living on the east coast of Florida with her husband, John, and her fur-baby Lucy, they enjoy the beach and all the outdoor activities that are offered in her area from swimming, boating, paddle-boarding, and bicycling just to name a few. Tammy is a woman of faith and begins each day with quiet time, gratitude, and reflection. She also is an advocate of eating healthy, and daily exercise, as she is a big fan of the 30-minute workout. She loves it when her boys come into town for a visit, John Patrick, Ryan, and Kevin as family is important to her. Travel is also important to Tammy as she believes it’s the one thing that you can buy, that makes you richer in life. She and her husband love the beauty and simplicity their little town offers from a variety of restaurants, live music, and the opportunities for get together. Tammy appreciates meeting new girlfriends and creating long-lasting relationships. She is a believer that life is a journey…not a destination!
